Return question or need?  

We get it, sometimes you you make a mistake when ordering (wrong size, or color etc).  Light Hearted Threads is print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.   

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, We offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by emailing your order number and concern to info@lightheartedthreads.com or you can fill out the form below.  When emailing us directly, please provide a clear photo showing the issue so we can help you more quickly.
